We strive to repair your Apple Watch on the day that we receive it. Then based on your shipping method, we’ll send it back either via a 24hr courier service or via Royal Mail Special Delivery which guarantees a next day delivery before 1 pm. Both services will require a signature. We aim to have all watches repaired and back with you within 5 days of you sending your order.

All of our screen repairs come with a 12-month warranty as standard which covers what we replaced. This warranty doesn’t cover subsequent damage to parts that were not replaced by us.

Unfortunately, we can’t test all of the functions on your device if there is a passcode locked. Please provide it when sending in your watch for repair so that we can diagnose any issues more quickly and efficiently!
