If your Apple Watch glass is cracked and you don’t want to spend the money on a new Apple Watch, then why not get the glass replaced?

What we’ll do:

  • The cracked front glass will be removed from on top of the LCD and new glass will then be replaced
  • We won’t replace the LCD screen with this service so it’s important to figure out if your screen is cracked or broken

Signs of cracked front glass:

It’s important to think of your Apple Watch screen in two parts: the glass bit and the actual screen. The glass goes over the screen. For this service, you’ll need to ensure that the screen itself is still functional. There are some simple ways to identify this:

  • The glass is cracked but the watch still operates as it should (the touch does not need to work)
  • There are no lines or unexpected dots across the actual screen

Will my watch be watertight after this service?

  • We do use a watertight glue sealant, however, we cannot guarantee the device will be waterproof after the repair.

  • Include in a note of:
    • The order number
    • Your contact number
    • Return address
    • Your device passcode (this is so we can test it, your data will be safe)

When we receive your watch, our expert team will examine it and its faults before letting you know that it’s arrived safely.

We’ll aim to have your device fixed within 1-3 days.

If there are any issues or delays with the repair we will email / call you immediately.

Once the repair is completed, we will package and return your device using a safe and secure 24-hour courier. Please note, that you’ll be required to sign for the device.

When this happens, you will receive a text and email notification with the tracking details of your shipment.
